You can observe practice. Please come during practice time and see the teacher's teaching method and the atmosphere of the dojo. You can come and go during the practice. You can sit on a chair and observe.

Experience
If you want to try Aikido but are worried that you can't keep up because it seems difficult, or that the intensity of the exercise is too high for you, you can try out a trial lesson during practice times on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. You don't need to wear a uniform. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Trial lesson fee: 2500 yen (please pay in cash on the day)
*If you join after the trial, we will give you a 2,500 yen discount on the membership fee, so you can essentially try it for free.
